Create a plan for the year!
- How many books do you want to read?
- At what level do you want to be able to read productively – what kind of books? Books that deal with your profession at a high level?
- This also goes for audio books.
- Plan a vacation / holiday where you can – or better – must practice your target language!
- Can use use the language on the job? Find out.
- Set goals for your conversation skills, and
- Have a language school test your level – and test it again every few months.
- Find people with whom you can practice.
- You can also practice with the personnel in restaurants with cuisine from the relevant country / countries).
- Find a club with people who speak the language…
